SPF-200L
The SPF-200L enables the production of saddle-stitched brochures, even in A4 landscape format, offering robust automation for various operational needs. It is compatible with both the individual sheet collating machines of the VAC series and the high-performance digital print feeder HOF-400. A highlight of this system is the transfer bridge that allows for the VAC and HOF-400 to be connected with the SPF-200L, facilitating a hybrid production environment. SPF-200A
This robust automatic machine is well-suited for both offline operation and integration with Horizon single-sheet collating machines from the VAC series, transforming them into professional production lines for saddle-stitched brochures. The SPF-200A is upgradeable to four stitching heads and can be configured for 2 or 4-point ring eyelet stitching, enhancing its versatility and application range. Additionally, it supports 2 and 4-point punching for filing holes with strong post-pressing, further demonstrating its capability to adapt to various production needs and maintain high-quality output in diverse manufacturing environments.

This durable, fully automatic feeder is specifically designed for the offline production of digitally printed brochures, complementing the brochure finishing units SPF-200A, SPF-200L, and StitchLiner Mark III, along with other optional auxiliary devices. It meticulously separates each sheet, monitors, groups them, and feeds them in blocks to the subsequent unit. The implementation of mark reading ensures accurate grouping and facilitates the production of brochures with varying thicknesses, demonstrating a commitment to precision and adaptability in automated brochure manufacturing.

PST-66 / PST-44L
This automatically height-adjustable stream delivery system achieves a pressing force of up to 1,200 kg (PST-66) or 400 kg (PST-44L), enhancing the flatness of brochures with thick content. The integrated marking device allows for the separation of folded sheets either as a group or by ‘kicking out’ individual sheets, offering flexibility in handling. The PST-66 / PST-44L is versatile, capable of both offline and inline operation, ensuring it can seamlessly integrate into various production workflows and adapt to different output requirements, all while maintaining high-quality brochure finishing.

Compact, robust, user-friendly, and exceptionally productive even with small print runs, the automatic delivery unit palamides gamma 502ho applies additional pressure to products emerging from the saddle stitcher or folding machine, stacks them into convenient bundles, and, if desired, automatically banderoles them. This delivery system is particularly well-suited for connection to the StitchLiner Mark IV but is also compatible with all Horizon folding machines, requiring no additional interface. Its design underscores efficiency and ease of integration, ensuring streamlined post-processing that enhances overall productivity and handling convenience.
